As the vendor referred to by Fiona Baldwin, I'd like to correct her misrepresentation of the agent. The agent provided the property price in writing to Fiona prior to inspection of the property. The offer submitted by Fiona was several hundred thousand dollars below the property price and what the property actually sold for. The agent did submit Fiona's offer to me immediately on receiving it. It was rejected outright by me.
