Very helpful friendly professional staff always with a smile. Like many small businesses competing against the huge nationals like Discount Warehouse the point of difference will always need to be friendly attentive and personalised service. Alexs loyal customers wouldnt go anywhere else for this reason. They also stock a great range of giftware for last minute purchases or that special purchase. A great local business. I must say though the fellow who wrote the negative review not much there really was shopping in the wrong place. This is a suburban pharmacy offering a lot more than the average and I would recommend that comment be disregarded. Keep up the good work guys
